Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide phone, email, and remote support for ERP and financial application software.
- Troubleshoot daily issues and create support logs.
- Coordinate with software owners and keep customers updated on issue resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in AIS/MIS, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in supporting or implementing ERP software.
- Service-minded with a good attitude and self-motivation.
- Strong emotional intelligence, flexibility, and fast learning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
