  • Maintain and support computer systems, equipment, and networks.
  • Address IT issues (hardware, software, mobile, and peripherals).
  • Assist staff with general IT support and training on Google Apps.
  • Report IT support metrics.
  • Manage IT inventory.
  • Communicate IT changes and updates across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 years in IT support.
  • Experience with desktop and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticket systems.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Google Script or similar).
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Open to foreign applicants.
