IT Technician Collaboration Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to IT Technician Manager
• Coordination with Platform team to support store
• Coordination with Operation team to support store rollout and implement new solution
• Manage 3CX system for IT Technician staff
• Testing new hardware device
• Testing new solutions to support IT Technician team
• Implement new solution for supporting to store

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT ,Software Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in the IT Support , Service Support ,Hardware Support or related field.
• Experience in scheduling new hardware testing project
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail in rushing situations.
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good relationship with related department
• Sharing knowledge with team
