This position is part of a new investment project aimed at transforming the company into a state-of-the-art, Technology-led business, with dozens of new IT roles being added to the organization.
Job Description
- Develop and communicate a clear service strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
- Define the service portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact and accountable owner for the service
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology).
- ITIL or relevant service management certification preferred.
- Experience in service management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of service management frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in desktop and application virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
