ITIL Trainer, permanent employment, Bangkok

Are you an experienced ITIL professional with a solid background in service management Do you want to share your knowledge and guide others in implementing IT service management best practices D-ICT Solutions is looking for a dedicated ITIL professional to join our team and help organizations optimize their ITIL processes.

Job Description:

As an ITIL Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and guiding teams at our clients, focusing on effective ITIL practices. You'll work with various stakeholders, including IT professionals, service managers, and management, to deliver insightful ITIL training. Prior experience as a trainer is not requiredwe provide the necessary training to equip you with the skills needed for this role.

In this position, you'll conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members and other stakeholders. You'll adapt training materials based on learner needs, ensuring an effective transfer of knowledge and supporting our clients growth.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver ITIL training programs for various levels of end-users, with support from our internal training resources.
  • Create training materials, guides, and documentation tailored to different user needs.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions as well as one-on-one coaching.
  • Assess training needs and customize content to meet specific requirements.
  • Provide post-training support to address questions and help users apply ITIL concepts.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to align ITIL processes with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest ITIL developments and integrate them into training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service management with a strong foundation in ITIL methodologies.
  • ITIL certification (preferably ITIL 4) is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is a hard requirement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Experience with developing and delivering training materials is a plus but not required.
