Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in Customer Support is advantageous
- A TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and distributing train tickets (Thai / English) to customers who make reservations through our website
- Resolving customer issues via phone, email, or social media. (Thai/English)
- Providing assistance to customers and operators in obtaining the information they require
- Communicate with other departments to accommodate their needs
- Providing customers with trip details and travel advice, including updating information with the team when operators contact us
