Position Title: Junior Internal Engagement And Communication Specialist

Your impact:

You will be an essential part of Amity's culture and work environment. You will lead the effort to engage and align our employees across 4 global offices, ensuring they feel recognized, informed, and connected on time.

Your responsibilities will involve developing communication strategies across various platforms and coordinating company-wide activities to enrich the employee experience at Amity, reflecting our company culture and values.

In essence, your primary objective is to ensure our teams are content, motivated, and serve as our strongest employer advocates, both internally and externally.

Your team:

You will report directly to our Chief Of Staff. You will collaborate closely with the HR teams in Bangkok and Milan to ensure the proposed activities align with company needs. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights based on collected data to inform decision-making and enhance alignment between proposed activities and company objectives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Communicate and engage people with the company and department goals in mind.
  • Build and foster a sense of belonging among employees and nurture a positive work environment (mentally and physically), by measuring progress and success and providing ongoing reports and data insights. Use survey data to shape and inform key communication and engagement activities
  • Be responsible for delivering high-quality communication materials, campaigns and initiatives that turn Amity's engagement vision into a reality
  • Manage company People events and engagement projects whilst handling competing priorities. Lead end-to-end project including budgeting, operations, communication and team collaboration (example: online and offline events, team building activities, annual parties etc)

Your ideal profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement or community management positions.
  • A bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or Business will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe or any other design tool is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Pack Office (spreadsheets, slides)
  • Good level of Thai and English language is mandatory
  • A can-do approach to work, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work with, influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create and edit engaging copy and facilitate team presentations and workshops.
