Maintain the flow of information between working teams and stakeholder groups within marketing/branding/creative/freelance
Ensure that marketing/branding work is properly assigned and executed through to on-time completion
Maintain positive working relationships between teams while also ensuring deadlines are met, communicating project status, and identifying potential issues
Manage daily creative schedules and tasks for balancing members workload
Compile and check the brief chase for projects
Police the brief submission deadlines
Prepare analysis of time and utilization reports identify instances of under-utilization, identify the root cause and proactively take steps to address the issue with senior
Track creative schedules to ensure on-time execution and delivery of marketing collateral
Maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders through excellent communication, expectation-setting and timely status reporting
What you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, project management or related field or equivalent experience
1-2 years experience preferably in an agency or an internal agency environment
Control smoothly the creative workflow/ workload, managing the details and timelines through to delivery
Knowledge of communication media including in-app, print, digital, social, email, print collateral, Out of home media, and the production process supporting each
A solid understanding of marketing and/or creative processes
A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize appropriately
Are capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft-Google online program is essential, eg. excel
