The Key Account Executive for TikTok Shop will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with key clients. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of accounts within the TikTok Shop platform. They will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to maximize their presence and sales on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the TikTok Shop platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and develop customized strategies to drive sales and engagement on TikTok.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their presence and performance on the TikTok Shop platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product development to execute client strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients on their TikTok Shop performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce and social media marketing, particularly within the TikTok ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts, as well as new business opportunities within the TikTok Shop platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its features, particularly as they relate to e-commerce and social shopping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
