About the Role:
As a Key Account Management Intern, you will assist in expanding our reach and enhancing relationships with top-tier hospitals, clinics, and surgeons in Thailand. This role is perfect for those passionate about healthcare and eager to learn about account management in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support in Key Account Development: Assist in building relationships with healthcare institutions to ensure their active engagement on our platform.
- Assist in Stakeholder Engagement: Help address inquiries and needs of key accounts, maintaining professionalism and timely responses.
- Partnership Growth Support: Work with internal teams to identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
- Account Performance Analysis: Help analyze account metrics to optimize the user experience and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and understand client requirements.
- Market Research: Assist in researching industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform company strategies.
- Training and Support Assistance: Help provide training and guidance to partners on platform utilization.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience: Open to students and recent graduates. Previous experience in key account management, business development, or relationship management is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Abilities: Interest in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn, identify challenges, and think creatively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai.
