Job Description
- Develop and strengthen educational partnerships with healthcare professionals to promote scientific and therapeutic insights into oncology products.
- Educate customers on disease-specific, product-specific, and technical details, addressing their queries to foster understanding and optimal use of our products.
- Establish lasting relationships with healthcare providers through effective communication and targeted, territory-based activities.
- Build expertise in oncology, product information, and therapeutic areas via self-study and active engagement in training sessions.
- Participate in required training sessions, symposia, and industry conventions, including occasional weekend events.
- Share insights gained from healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and regional/national medical conferences with internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
- Identify and collaborate with physician advocates to meet revenue targets based on patient demographics and market needs.
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Manager and Medical Lead to ensure a consistent corporate image across all products and promotional activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute educational workshops, seminars, webinars, and speaker programs as needed.
- Present scientific information in diverse settings, including internal meetings, hospital departments, advisory boards, and one-on-one discussions.
- Support patient and fundraising organizations with project-specific collaboration, responding to their needs and feedback.
- Assist in securing hospital formulary listings and reimbursement support, presenting product data to hospital committees as required.
- Manage the early access paid named patient program and oversee patient support programs where relevant.
- Regularly communicate with the Senior Business Manager, Medical Lead, and other team members to align resources and exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure effective product delivery.
- Maintain territory management duties, including weekly reporting, activity planning, and budget management.
The Successful Applicant
- Registered pharmacist preferred, with a strong background in oncology sales or key account management.
- Proven experience in hospital or specialist pharmaceutical sales, ideally within oncology.
- Deep understanding of the Thai healthcare system, including regulatory processes, formulary listings, and patient care policies.
- Ability to interpret and convey scientific data to support educational and clinical research needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management, project management, and prioritization skills to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience or familiarity with early access named patient programs is desirable.
- Knowledge of patient support programs is an advantage.
- Experience working with distribution partners such as Zuellig, DKSH, etc.
