Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Manager located in Bangkok. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Proven experience in key account management or relevant sales roles
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as the main contact to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, provide tailored solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align account management strategies with broader company goals.
  • Track and report on account performance, making strategic adjustments to improve client engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Host regular client meetings and presentations to review progress and explore growth opportunities.
