Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leadership and Organization Development Associate Manager at Milwaukee Tool Asia High Performance Center in Bangkok. The role involves program management, training & development, leadership development, training, and coaching initiatives on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Leadership Development skills
• Training & Development and Coaching
• 3-5 years experience in creating and delivering training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of organizational development strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or relevant field
• A high level of Engish language proficiency is required
