Create and execute learning strategies and programs to maximise employee learning opportunities.
Design and deliver soft skills learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
Evaluate individual and organisational development needs, collaborating closely with organisational leaders to understand business units and training requirements.
Support onboarding programs for new hires in collaboration with HR.
Develop and co-design various learning activities to enhance talent development and employee retention, including job shadowing, mentoring and coaching.
Manage other related L&D support activities, such as building relationships with third-party training providers.
Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications.
Bachelor s degree in any related field.
Minimum of five years experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role.
Extensive experience as an instructor or facilitator in soft skills training, with proficiency in using various platforms for learning enhancement.
Possession of relevant certifications or accreditations in soft skills programs is advantageous.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken), along with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the organisation s objectives and ability to work well within a team, demonstrating proactivity and multitasking.
Able to travel overseas if requested.
