Roles and Responsibility: Driving inquires & administration for the online/ offline program offered for the domestic market. Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program. Counseling experienced in the professional/ Fresher graduates via call or email on which courses will be useful to their career and suggest the best option. Understanding and maintaining MIS Reports Contact the potential warm leads and follow up with the sales process Create a pipeline of prospects and Cold call people based on the data provided Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services Answer incoming calls from prospective candidates Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits Ask pertinent questions to understand the candidates requirements Set appointments with prospective candidates based on our team members schedules Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales pipelines 3.
