Job Title: Learning and Development Expert
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Location: Plus Dental Clinic
Job Purpose:
The L&D Expert designs and implements both in-person and online training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs (e-learning, workshops, etc.).
- Implement and manage online training platforms for remote learning.
- Assess skill gaps and design strategies for continuous learning.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress and performance.
- Analyze training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific training (clinical, admin).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements (e.g., health & safety).
- Align L&D strategy with company goals and promote a learning culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of L&D experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in LMS, online learning platforms, and instructional design.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
