Job Description:
- Responsible for the leasing, tenancy negotiations and lease management activities of malls under The Mall Group.
- Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the malls.
- Recommend trade, tenancy mix and target brands based on the malls concept and positioning.
- Liaise with both internal-department and external parties for lease and tenant related matters.
- Lease Administrations Quotation, MOU, Letter or offer (if any), Documentation Tracking, Variations, liaison with internal and external related departments/parties.
- Obtaining up-to-date marketing intelligence and latest trends of the assigned category.
Qualification:
- Selling and renting space in shopping centers, especially international fashion brands or food, for over 8 years.
- Communication / Presentation / Writing and reading in English.
- Negotiation technique, Strategic thinking.
