Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Liquid Nitrogen Pump Operation:
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of liquid nitrogen pumps and pipeline systems to ensure proper transfer and distribution of LN2 throughout the facility.
- Help adjust flow rates, pressures, and temperature settings as directed by senior operators, ensuring that systems run within the required safety and performance parameters.
- Support in starting up and shutting down pumps, compressors, and other related systems.
- Pipeline Monitoring and Support:
- Aid in monitoring pipelines for any irregularities such as leaks, pressure drops, or temperature fluctuations that may indicate potential issues or system failures.
- Assist with visual inspections of pipelines and related components, checking for wear, frost buildup, or any visible damage that could interfere with normal operations.
- Help maintain accurate readings on gauges, pressure monitors, and temperature sensors that track the status of the pipeline.
