Our Team
You will be working under the supervision of the Logistics Manager and based in our Nong Khae, Saraburi plant.
What You Will Do
- Focus on administration documents and admin tasks, status following up.
- Be an assistant of Logistics Supervisor to manage the efficiency vessel booking for various of export countries all over the world.
- OTIF recorder for export shipments.
- Manage and monitoring the accuracy of shipping documents.
- Support department plan towards achieving the target.
- Have to work for both Guardian Rayong and Guardian Saraburi plants while required to base in Nong Khae province.
- Advance our company culture MBM (Market Based Management) as well as the guiding principles.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Education of High Vocational certificate.
- Good in MS-Office applications
- Good in logical thinking, problem solving and analytical.
- High commitment, initiative, and reliability.
- Fair command of English.
- Able to complete 6 month-period.
