Perform Logistics and Regulations activities based on assigned projects.
Be the focal point of Projects Logistics for Internal and External, including import/export, acquire the relevant government permits, licenses, and privileges to comply with the regulatory and projects requirement.
Coordinate with Engineering and prepare material list for specific project, submission and expedite process ensure that the Regulations approved requirement before import the material.
Prepare letter and related documents for Regulations approval process.
Review/Create imports/ exports documents and assure compliance with Rules and Regulations.
Prepare and manage to obtain the approval of import duty and VAT free (if any).
Perform Customs Formality and Freight Arrangement ensure the whole process is executed and controlled with the most efficient and effective manner to meet the projects schedule and cost efficiency.
Control import & export material list base on approved master list by Regulations.
Provide the material list for export module and reconcile with the master list.
Coordinate with related Regulations for disposal process.
Closeout Project material list and update to the Regulations.
Prepare documentation for Process of COC or FTA (if require).
Perform all traffic and logistics operations which is not limit to oversight and heavy equipment shipment.
Select most cost competitive and suitable schedule for freight and update the ETA / ETD with transportation mode to requestor.
Review the shipping document e.g. Performa Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading (B/L) & Air Waybill (AWB).
Issue Work Orders to Forwarder/Services Provider for managing the work with details of PO number/Consolidated PO number/Partial number/e-LSR number for tracking and monitoring, the work orders is identify specific privilege.
In case of Special Handling is required by requestor such as Oversized cargo, Dangerous goods cargo or loading / unloading constraint, Logistics Coordinator shall inform relevant parties such as Warehouse and Logistics Service Provider in advance.
Coordinate with Crane and stevedore providers.
Ensure the material list for import and export accuracy.
Control the services providers to follow Safetys requirement.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related field.
Familiar to the materials and standards used tin the Oil and Gas industry and offshore fabrication
At least 3 years experiences in logistics function or Freight/transportation area.
Good English Communication.
Sound knowledge of customs, immigrations, TISI and others related regulations; BOI, DMF.
