Key Responsibilities

  • Daily export booking with shipping line by follow customer tender, order instruction and LC
  • Daily update export routing on SAP
  • Generate pre leg and update sailing schedule (POD on SAP)
  • Open job on BDP system with update shipment details
  • Arrange loading planning by prepare trucks for pick up the empty container for delivery to customer WH as per schedule with Co-ordinate Trucking and carrier.
  • Coordinate with customer in case SAP issue, production stock planning, equipment container shortage, vessel space, carrier allocation and etc related.
  • Retrieve customs invoice form SAP for coordinate with internal for export customs clearance
  • Control coordinator export booking and document by follow KPI.
  • Monitor truck arrival time and coordinate with customer WH
  • Weekly and monthly keep operation data and KPI information
  • Verify freight invoice with collect information to account department for billing process
  • Resolve problem proactively with creative idea for make all activity smooth with meet KPI
  • Other assigned task team management, investigate report, claim correspondence, working area Improvement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Supply chain Management, Business Administration or relate field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics, Import-Export.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Freight forwarding Business.
  • Experience in export booking, export document and LC
  • Good coordination skill and Creative thinking and having a continuous improvement
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel) and SAP
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Work Location at Laemchabang, Chonburi.
