We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Logistics Solutions Sales Manager (B2B) to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate carries a proven track record in sales in related industries. In this role, you will understand exceptional Fastship's products and services and craft value-added cross border logistics solutions for our B2B prospects. You will also work closely with commercial teams to develop new business opportunities for Fastship in the B2B market, strengthen relationships with our valued clients, and manage the sales team for success.

FASTSHIP is a Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing ecommerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.

What You Will Handle
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potentials of cross-border logistics solutions, focusing on new B2B customer acquisition.
- Create and customize value-added solutions for business or corporate customers
- Drive sales strategy and acquire new clients to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage, supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives with a professional attitude and a strong sense of achievement.
- Assist the team in maximizing performance, fostering professional growth, and developing sales skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and generate leads
What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 4 - 6 years of direct experience in B2B sales with proven track records
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in sales team management
- Experiences in e-commerce, cross-border logistics industries, International sales, International trade, Export-Import or related business is preferable
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Able to working under pressure
