Maintenance strategies for Reflow machines, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with machine operators to establish and enforce task assignments in accordance with precise control plans, utilizing the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles.
Strategically plan and coordinate the procurement of spare parts, aligning with production demands and cost-effective strategies.
Conduct routine inspections, diagnose equipment issues, and proactively schedule and execute repairs and preventive maintenance.
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams, addressing equipment-related concerns and optimizing processes.
