Position: Maintenance Manager
Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 THB.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of team maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and motivation.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring that slender motors, rolling systems, and other critical machinery are serviced and repaired promptly.
- Quickly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in slender motors, rolling systems, and related equipment.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality replacement parts in a timely manner.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance processes.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on motors and rolling systems.
- Good command in English
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of slender motors, rolling systems, and industrial machinery maintenance.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
