About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Perform regulatory equipment checks
- Oversee contracted services and ensure quality standards
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform minor repairs
- Maintain external environments and prepare for extreme weather conditions
- Assist with housekeeping and support service functions
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to undergo NDIS Worker Screening clearance
Desirable
- Trade qualification or relevant certificate
- Experience working with older individuals
