Job Purpose
Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and following up on maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
- Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality.
- Manage maintenance personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.
- If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun's current and future needs
- Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance.
- Actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.
- Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owners to plan work orders appropriately.
- Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.
- Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Having 5 years working experience in Maintenance field.
- Have good technical skills, communication skills, project management skills, Able to handle stress and work long hours.
- Good command in English (Writing & Speaking).
- Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible, Teamwork and Able to work under high pressure.
