Key Responsibilities
Product Sourcing and Development:
- Identify, source, and develop new and creative lifestyle products, including travel tours, attractions, events, spa and beauty treatments, and hotel activities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with local vendors, service providers, and partners to curate unique and high-quality experiences for KKday customers.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure a steady pipeline of innovative products.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors and partners to secure the best deals for KKday.
Market Expansion
- Develop strategies to promote and expand lifestyle products in both inbound and domestic markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and content that highlight new products.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lifestyle products using key metrics and feedback from customers.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.
- Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to enhance their understanding and promotion of lifestyle products.
Innovation And Creativity
- Continuously seek out new ideas and opportunities to differentiate KKday's lifestyle offerings from competitors.
Stay updated on industry innovations and apply creative thinking to develop unique products that cater to the evolving needs of customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years + of experience in business development, product management, or a related role within the travel, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
- Strong network and relationships with local vendors and service providers in the lifestyle and travel sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and developing new products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a plus.
