- Develop and implement overall communication strategies that are in line with company's vision and business objectives
- Drive opportunity to generate and promote positive stories and brand engagements to create awareness on Ford corporate commitment, brand campaign and new product launches among key stakeholders
- Supervise and provide consultancy to the team in implementing communications activities across a range of channels, including social media
- Work closely with agency partners and related parties to ensure proper corporate messaging and consistency in execution of overall strategies
- Provide counsel and direction to leadership team on communications activities (including press activities) and provide communications guidance to other company functions
- Prepare crisis communications plan and coordinate with related parties for issue management
- Build and sustain good relationship with media, KOLs and key stakeholders as well as handling media requests and engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of professional experience in communications, with exceptional written and verbal communications and project management skills
- Track record of success for developing strategies and executing communications efforts
- Track record of success in advising senior leadership on communications and reputation risks and opportunities
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in digital storytelling and tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and positive teamwork attitude
- Results oriented works towards goals, setting high standards for self and others
- Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken
- Experience in automotive is a plus
- Experience in a global company is a plus, as is work experience globally
- Driving license preferred
