GrabFood Cities team is now finding a teammate to join our newly created motivated team on this rocket ship with the mission to empower merchants with economic opportunities while making lives easier for all Thais. Our team operates with consumer centricity and carefulness.
As a member of the team, you will shape the future of GrabFood. You will have a chance to and from time to time while overseeing strategic programs with close interaction with top management.
Get To Know The Role
- As a part of the GrabFood Cities growth team, you'll improve Grab food's demand growth by leading projects and managing GrabFood's P&L.
- Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the merchant strategy, marketing, marketplace, and operations team to curate a unified go-to-market strategy for all operating cities. These projects could range from being area-specific to nationwide, based on insights derived from data and on-ground truth.
- Also, you'll lead a talented team of professionals, guiding them to curate and implement go-to-market strategies across all cities in Thailand. You will report to Head of Cities.
The daily activities
Analytics: Extract live data to unearth insights and identify opportunities to grow the business. Learn and share findings with peers and leaders.
Strategy: Deliver valuable business insights, vision, and recommendations to business teams to act upon.
Execution: Develop and execute high-level projects collaborating with both internal and regional teams to create impact and take Grabfood to the next level.
What Skills You Will Need
- Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or R to develop pricing strategies and increase in-app funnels.
- Project Management: ability in leading teams and managing process setups smoothly.
- Coordination: to facilitate team agreement and coordinate with regional product teams.
- Strategic: Capability to translate data insights into strategic decisions to boost metrics like COPS.
- Collaboration: Experience working with multiple teams to roll out products and projects.
- Problem Solving: with a data-driven approach.
- Conceptual Thinking: Ability to turn complex queries into relevant insights work plans.
Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience at management consultancy firm, tech company, or in strategy or project management.
- Thinking: Able to ask structured questions to solve complicated problems. Turn questions into insightful answers and working plans.
- Passion, and energy to excel, while also being.

- Data analytics: Able to extract main insights from raw data and build recommendations for the team.
