Job Description
- Digital Marketing 360 Degree : Highly experienced in strategies campaign & content marketing , paid media such as focusing on social media, websites, blogs, publications and PR & Media.
- Lead & Strategies In Digital Marketing : Responsible for the overall planning, execution, review and improvement of campaigns, promotions, content and social media marketing
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use data analytics tools to drive actionable insights that guide marketing strategies.
- Customer Behaviour Analysis: Understand customer segments, purchasing patterns, and feedback. Analyse customer journey data to optimise touchpoints and improve conversion rates.
- Campaign Performance: Regularly review and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates to assess effectiveness specifical with other business unit for larger scale activities from attractions, tours, transportations and etc, coordinate the process of campaigns from brief to execution with the overall marketing team
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to make informed decisions. Use A/B testing, predictive analytics, and other techniques to refine marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that highlight key findings, insights, and recommendations for future marketing activities. Communicate these insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Leadership : Lead, motivate and inspire the marketing team to develop solid marketing strategy & plan to drive marketing promotion campaigns.
- Cross Functional : Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various cultures/countries to facilitate communication and objectives alignment is a must. Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives to increase sessions and revenue.
- Be KPI focused: Use multiple metrics to assess the real value of campaigns (e.g. traffic & revenue uplift, brand awareness & registrations, user retention).
What Will You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years + of solid experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, & PR & Media which include being a lead in the marketing team.
- Highly preferable to someone from OTA / Travel or e-commerce background.
- Resilient, performance-driven individual, able to deal with pressure and change.
- Confident and outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with business units across various markets, including Asia.
- You have experience in develop marketing strategy into a target and monitor framework for different go to market channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including campaign management, social media marketing, content marketing,SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent communication in English and Thai for written and spoken business communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different global offices and different cultural backgrounds.
- A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
