The Manager of Sales for IoT and Robotics in Thailand plays a critical role in driving business development and growth within the rapidly evolving technology landscape. This position is vital for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing innovative solutions that leverage IoT and robotics technologies. This individual leads a sales team with a focus on achieving sales targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful adoption of our advanced technological solutions in various industry sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for IoT and robotics products.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the IoT and robotics sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations that articulate the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide regular training and development for the sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IoT and robotics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in selling IoT and/or robotics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies and robotics applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the Thai market and business environment.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand and possibly internationally.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
