Job Summary
Manage and monitor sales teams to achieve technical sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop sales policies, plans, and targets.
- Participate in determining work plans and manage staff in the department to ensure that they follow objectives.
- Create sales to reach sales targets by expanding the new customer base and maintaining old customers with continuous orders.
- Collect and evaluate sales data.
- Coordinate and develop relationships between customers and the company.
- Coordinate and resolve issues in related work.
- Improve the customer database.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates.
- Communicate to the department about customer feedback.
- Provide guidance and answer inquiries about relevant work.
- Train and evaluate employees on related work before assigning duties to perform.
- Manage work schedules, contact for an appointment and request approval to purchase.
- Review and approve a Memorandum of Agreement, or provide prices to customers.
- Responsible for understanding the tasks that must be completed. Monitors delivery and customer satisfaction. Acting on behalf of the laboratory administrator on related concerns.
Functional Skills And Knowledge
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
- Having experience in ISO 17025 at least 1-3 years
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced research and analytical skills
- Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Education
Bachelor Degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Industry or related in field
