Wise IR, a full-service Investor Relations (IR) company, is looking for a Director who is an experienced IR professional with a complete understanding of the wide range of IR services.

2-3 years of working experience in the IR field is preferred.
A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from a reputable University (MBA is a plus).
Good knowledge of SET/SEC regulations.
Resourceful and able to work independently.

Have an eagerness to learn.
Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including institutional investors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Develop customized investor relations strategies and plans to meet clients specific needs and objectives.
2.Strategic Planning and Advisory:
- Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to clients regarding their investor relations activities, including financial communications, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities.
- Develop comprehensive investor relations programs to enhance clients visibility, attract new investors, and maintain positive relationships with existing shareholders.
3.Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of investor relations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
4.Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to industry regulations, and effective execution of investor relations strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational efficiency to drive business growth and profitability.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to optimize operational effectiveness.
5.Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing revenue streams.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
