The Manufacturing Data Analyst I is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting manufacturing data to support process improvement, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend actionable solutions in line with organizational objectives.
1. Data Collection and Analysis:
. Collect and organize data from manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
. Utilize statistical tools and software to generate actionable insights.
2. Process Improvement:
. Collaborate with production teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the development of strategies to meet targets.
. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
3. Reporting and Visualization:
. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders to present findings and progress.
. Develop visualizations to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and deliverables.
4. Data Integrity and Maintenance:
. Maintain data accuracy by regularly validating and updating databases.
. Develop and enforce data governance standards within the team.
5. Collaboration:
. Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to align on goals.
. Support leadership by providing insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
Ability to work across functional teams and collaborate effectively. English and communication skills (verbal, written). Computer skills ( MSFT Excel /SQL/HTML / CSS ). Presentation skills. Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary.
. 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a manufacturing
. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is an advantage.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
