Accountable to provide training, resources, guidance, support, and coaching to the line structure within the plants.
Ensure all lines in all plants are not constrained due to the lack of manufacturing excellence related knowledge.
Be able to set up knowledge transfer platform to deploy to all manufacturing initiatives to onboarding line lead member.
Implement Tools standard on the shop-floor at Upcountry Plant.
Participate in problem solving sessions to conclude the reasons for performance and underperformance of the line.
Develop coaching and trainings to maintain and operate the integrity of the machinery data recording, including data analytics of line losses and appropriate follow-up actions.
Deploy new technologies capability building to improve manufacturing process.
Leading Manufacturing Capability Team, establish training master plan for manufacturing, Utilizing system and training methodology to build people's capability.
Lead the incentive program design, revision and communication to all front-line employees, liaising with Steerco and HR teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering and Science or Related field.
At least 10 years experienced working in manufacturing factories of foods, beverages, or multinational companies.
Manage Operation, or Leading TPM, Continuous Improvement.
Knowledge of new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
Spare parts management knowledge
Maintenance, both preventive and corrective, as well as planning and scheduling maintenance
Strong leadership, communication skills
Be able to work in Pathumthani or Rangsit area
Can travel to Upcountry 1-2 weeks / month
Good command of English, both in speaking and writing.
