Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets tailored to our target demographic.
  • Execute Multichannel Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate online and offline marketing efforts across all branches to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support New Brand Launches: Play a key role in the successful launch of new restaurant brands and concepts, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences, guiding our brand's evolution to remain relevant and competitive.
  • Oversee Content Production: Manage the creation of compelling content for various platforms, maintaining brand consistency and relevance.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Implement and optimize marketing and sales channels to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage Digital Advertising: Take ownership of online advertising accounts to effectively reach our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Represent the Brand at Events: Plan and execute event presence, including setting up booths and engaging with attendees to promote brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Food and Marketing: Demonstrated interest in the food and beverage industry coupled with a strong marketing background.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Thai and English is required, with proficiency in Chinese considered advantageous.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the F&B sector.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
