Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Communication Manager located in Patong. The Marketing and Communication Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication, press releases, online marketing and onsite communications, strategic communications, and project management. The manager will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to promote the hotel and enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and english
- Experience in crafting social media post, content with the latest trends
- Proficiency in online marketing communications and strategic communications
- Excellent project management skills, manage the marketing budget effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt marketing strategies to develop the different hotel department revenue
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
