Team: Game Marketing
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping our LINE GAME business presence, driving user acquisition, and enhancing player engagement. An ideal candidate should have a strong background and experience in the marketing field. A proven track record of successful campaigns, especially in the game business, would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create and initiate Game Marketing campaigns including social media activities; analyze campaign performance including social media, online ads, and in-game metrics; derive insights to further improve performance
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for game launches and ongoing titles, focusing on both user acquisition and retention
- Research and prepare short and long-term marketing plans aligned with Game KPIs and monetization
- Assist in creative ideation of campaigns such as key selling points, slogan/tagline, creative content brief, review and feedback, and be involved in the discussion of in-game resource creation including event design, ads design, game key visual, etc.
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategy campaigns including influencer/content creator marketing, event marketing, business partnership, online promotion campaigns, etc.
- Analyze game competitors, features, strengths, and weaknesses, and make recommendations to support the project manager and related global teams
- Create marketing analysis reports to support the product manager and global teams about monthly marketing campaigns, TH market insights, network ads, and social media in a local perspective, and other local-related marketing perspective reports
- Collaborate with other teams within the Game Office, such as the operations team, to achieve mutually beneficial goals
- Collaborate with other departments within LINE Thailand and across global offices (Korea, Taiwan, and Japan)
- Organize online (LIVE streaming) and offline events
- Prepare and organize internal documents and budget management
- Compile and distribute financial and statistical information
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with business and marketing concentrations
- 2-5 years of work experience in game business-related industries or other relevant fields
- Creative problem-solving approach, multitasking skills, and a strong sense of ownership
- Effective communications skills with the ability to take/brief in campaigns
- Familiarity with TH influencers/celebrities especially in short-form video platforms followed by YouTube and other entertainment platforms
- Advanced proficiency in English and Thai for writing and speaking, especially being able to communicate briefs in campaigns
- Team player with a strong and confident personality, a positive attitude, and great dedication
- Familiarity with social media-related tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of current marketing trends, especially influencer marketing and short-form video platforms
- Direct work experience in managing marketing campaigns
- Experience playing games
