Job Description
- Plan, coordinated, and executed monitored project progress and made adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion and oversee the operations of each project to achieve the goals set.
- Prepare a campaign report including information from all teams It must be under mainly the design of the line manager and the scope of work that will be responsible for coordination is Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Media Buying, and influencer campaign.
- Developed detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation and they were implementing marketing activities across online and offline channels including promotional activities and event reporting.
- Conducting quality checks on project deliverables and supporting the analysis of marketing campaign performance, and tracking metrics like engagement and conversion rates.
- Track project spending and report on budget status to stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve project processes and outcomes and ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet the company's brand standards and guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team, external vendors, and other internal departments and participate in market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Must possess excellent communication and writing skills, patience, professionalism, and ability to effectively interact with staff and management alike; take meeting minutes.
