At Routekey, we are currently collaborating with a leading organization in Thailand in the search for a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Marketing Director We are seeking an individual with a robust background in both online and offline campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand messaging.
- Loyalty Programs: Design, implement, and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Analyze program performance and make data-driven improvements.
- CRM Management: Develop and oversee CRM strategies to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Ensure the effective use of CRM tools to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Over 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail industry.
- Integrated Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
