The Role
We are looking for a versatile marketer with native-level Thai proficiency and 2-4 years relevant experience to join our team as Marketer Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for a broad range of marketing responsibilities including but not limited to communications, social media marketing, content creation (graphic/video) briefing, paid ads and SEO agency management as well ad hoc campaigns such as partnerships, direct mail etc.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day marketing performance: Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, FB ads)
- Uphold marketing strategies and branding: Develop a unified approach to the company's overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the commercial, product, and design teams
- Content production: Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience
- Adhoc project management and execution: Plan and implement AdHoc cross functional projects such as video production, user interview (collecting testimonials), lead scraping, etc
- Reporting and results steering: Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
- Please note that this is an individual contributor role; however, you'll get resource to outsource your tasks as objective requires (e.g agency, freelance content creator, graphic designers, etc)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Native-level Thai proficiency
- Professional English
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience running paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, FB)
- Relevant experience in cross-functional project management (e.g dealing with agencies, freelancers, etc)
- Have prior experience working at a fast-paced startup environment
