Job Purpose
Strategize winning brand and communication strategies for True Business and dtac Business to drive business growth through holistic communication. Coordinate with the Head of B2B Marketing and internal cross-functional teams (primarily Product Management and Trade Marketing), as well as external partners and agencies, to create campaigns supporting product and service growth based on business objectives.
-Develop winning brand, content and communication strategies across all channels for awareness, consideration, and conversion of True Business
-Lead, execute, measure, report and improve content, campaigns and marketing activities across all True Business's channels, including social media, website, email, event and beyond
-Collaborate with external partners/agencies for a strong synergy between product and communication
-Lead consumer insights and research, which includes gathering input and feedback from the sales team (such as customer needs, trends, campaign development, and performance)
-Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (primarily product management and trade marketing) and agency partners to develop campaigns that support product and service growth based on business objectives
-Manage budget planning for brand and marketing communications
