Responsibilities:
- Responsible in marketing of Vaccine, Biological products and Plasma-derived products
- Conduct internal product/disease knowledge training for sales teams and external product presentation.
- Ensure all activities are complied with FDA, industry Code of Conduct (PReMA) and company standards (SOP).
- To prepare a marketing plan, competitive marketing strategy and action plan, industry analysis, investment budget, sales forecasting, analyses the market trends (market, technology, scientific) which will impact on products or product portfolio.
- Monitor market dynamics as well as competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Providing marketing activities for both internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the responsible product portfolio.
- Work with sales team to develop and engage KOLs.
- Handle Pharmacovigilance system by responding to customers compliant and deliver information to superior/PV Manager in timeline.
- Monitor budget marketing and expenditure.
- To be team leader of PM, and make sure that all work efficiently and they can rotate to replace each other in case someone is not available.
- GDP and CAC specification trained.
- Monitor work processes in order to ensure all activities are complied with GDP (Good Distribution Practice Compliance), (PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), and CAC (Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption).
- Others as assign by superior.
Required Qualifications :
1.Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical science or related field with MBA.
2.Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and sales of Pharmaceutical/Biological Products.
3.Strategic Thinking, strong leadership with interpersonal communication skills.
4.Highly committed, well-organized and able to manage projects / priorities, positive attitude, energetic, result-oriented,
team player, service minded and ability to work under pressure.
5. Good command of written and spoken in English.
6. Good presentation/communication skills.
7. Computer literacy.
