About the role
We are looking for a marketing officer and detail-oriented person to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing our sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research new client leads, create presentations, and prepare proposals.
- Support lead generation, outreach, and maintain updates in Sales CRM and marketing systems (e.g., Hubspot)
- Recommend and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, manage sponsorships, prepare materials, and arrange logistics.
- Develop and organize marketing materials like brochures, case studies, and presentations for both digital and offline use.
- Manage internal marketing for employee events, promotional items, and ensure high participation and engagement.
- Conduct research for business development, including competitive analysis, client profiling, and market trend analysis.
- Identify and evaluate PR opportunities, manage media contacts, and assist with press releases and articles.
- Support Acclime's online presence by curating social media content and engaging with followers.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience of working in any related field.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to organizing skill.
- High attention to detail, with a strong eye for aesthetics and precision.
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent skill in using of Microsoft office.
