Marketing Specialist

Weeden - is a leading cannabis retail company in Thailand dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences to cannabis enthusiasts. We are a retail chain with 15 dispensaries in Thailand ( 9 in Koh Samui and 6 in Phuket). With a focus on education, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to set the standard for excellence in the cannabis industry.

We are looking for Marketing Specialist who will help us with marketing and advertising support for stores.

We are looking for a proactive person who enjoys communicating with people, supports shops, preparing offline events and collaborations - this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Store support, including providing POS materials, merchandising, and sales support.

- Media planning, development, production, placement, and evaluation of offline advertising effectiveness.

- Development and implementation of non-standard advertising approaches, BTL, and promotions.

- Event organization and collaborations.

- Conducting marketing research: customer surveys and interviews.

- Affiliate marketing and cross-promotions.

- Performance measurement and reporting.

Ideal candidate should have:

- Deep knowledge and expertise in retail marketing, merchandising, OOH, BTL, events, collaborations, and partners/affiliate marketing.

- Experience in media planning,

- Experience in conducting field marketing research,

- Understanding customer behavior, AIDAS, PMHS and other models.

- Knowledge of the Thai language at the fluent level.

- Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level - it will be necessary to conduct interviews in English.
