About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MarTech Campaign Manager to join our MarTech team. The MarTech Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for our clients using MarTech tools such as Insider, MoEngage, Marketo, Braze, and others.
This role requires a deep understanding of the target audience, marketing channels, and messaging strategies to effectively promote our client's products and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using MarTech tools, including MoEngage, Marketo, Braze, and similar platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, market segments, and customer personas to create personalized and impactful messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineers, to develop marketing assets such as push notifications, email campaigns, and other relevant materials.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify key insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging MarTech tools to identify new opportunities for enhancing campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics and KPIs, regularly updating stakeholders and senior management.
- Work closely with marketing automation and data teams to ensure seamless integration of MarTech tools and platforms.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, preferably in a MarTech-focused role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as Insider, MoEngage, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or similar engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Thai languages is required.
