Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and control materials delivery to plant and loading to production line per committed schedule
- Control inventory to be in optimum level
- Provide the information on materials issues to management
- Materials management function Maintain the MRP Baan database
- Involve with concern department to set up any of material control procedure
- Assist to concern department for new project with relate to material issue and system development
- Set up or revise the standard procedure for material planning function
- Coordinate with purchasing department to procure materials per MRP
- Ensure materials in plant on time and loading to production line per schedule
- Coordinate with program management to provide information for commit shipment schedule and any information which require by customers
- Analyze inventory and take appropriate action to control inventory to be in optimum level
- Coordinate/Monitor with QA to ensure the incoming quality of procurement material to be in control limit
- Analyze the backlog shipment and provide information to concern department for taking correction action
- Job related to materials management as assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- 7 - 9 years in Material/Production planning in electronic field
- Understand Bann or Oracle system
- Customer interface skill
- Experience and knowledge in MRP/ERP concepts
- Computer proficiency and good command of written and spoken English
- Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management Operational concept surrounding Production Planning, Inventory Control
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks with deadline
- Able to perform Microsoft office (excel, word and power point)
- Able to work at Ayutthaya Plant
