Develop and seek for new opportunity to gain sale and company benefit to support company growth
Define and examine analysis, development, and implementation of the current and new business processes to ensure to support business growth.
Analyze and identify new opportunity for branch process improvement by utilizing continuous improvement principle.
Performs relevant analysis and act like a project manager to design and implementation of improvement ideas.
Provide recommendations on areas focus of improvement, key business, and issues that impact business operations to support in term of solutions.
Collaborate and work with other cross-function for project assignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economic, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Feasibility Study or any related, especially in Retail Business and FMCG.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and result oriented.
A must to travel to branch visiting every week or depending on project plan schedule.
