Responsible for Surgical product in Eye care business such as Intraocular Lens, Viscoelastic and other disposable, developing long term relationships with Ophthalmologists and work as a consultant. The territory to cover is Northeast Region.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver team performance contracts and individual performance plans to meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets.
- Gain formulary acceptance and increase usage for promoted products across relevant accounts.
- Prepare and implement account development and territory business plans.
- Enhance clinical sales and marketing knowledge of both promoted and competitor products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health provision environment.
- Update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximize territory effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Background & Qualifications
- Degree in Bio Engineering, Medical Technology, or related Science field.
- At least 3-year experience in Medical Device industry.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Have good attitude towards hard work.
- Flexible and willing to travel as needed.
