Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for the MES system, promptly addressing technical issues and assisting production teams.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring they understand key MES functionalities and production processes.
- Apply expert knowledge of production master data concepts in SAP (such as BOM, Routing, and Production Versions).
- Actively work with SAP data in daily operations, ensuring the seamless integration of MES and SAP systems.
- Serve as a proactive team member on the MES project, ensuring smooth progress by coordinating with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of deviations from operational and project standards (monthly KPIs), providing coaching and training to return to benchmarks.
- Develop and execute annual test plans with operations teams to maintain system reliability.
- Apply and enhance new MES functions and features to increase automation and optimize processes.
- Maintain data traceability across systems, ensuring data completeness and reliability for operational integrity.
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Proficient in MES systems with experience in providing first-level support and conducting user training.
- Strong knowledge of SAP production data, including BOM, Routing, and Production Versions, with hands-on SAP experience.
- Experience with testing protocols, automation, and data traceability best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both mandatory).
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and optimizing processes.
- Skilled at explaining technical topics to non-technical users, promoting understanding and user engagement.
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and accustomed to an international work environment.
